What areas do you service?
We are based out of Marlton, NJ and will travel within approximately a 15 minute radius of Marlton which would include Mount Laurel, Medford, Moorestown, Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Haddonfield, Southampton, and Lumberton.
How many training sessions per week do you recommend?
Research suggests that adults benefit from two to three weekly training sessions. While five sessions per week may work for some, the optimal frequency varies based on skill and recovery. Specific recommendations follow the initial assessment for a personalized and effective fitness approach.
How much do your fitness & wellness services cost?
Our packages start at $1,200 per month, offering a comprehensive, personalized approach to fitness All packages including personal training sessions (2-4x per week), nutrition counseling, meal planning, and wellness coaching.
Do I need to have a home gym or own exercise equipment?
Absolutely not! We bring all of the equipment with us. If you happen to have a home gym or some fitness equipment we are also happy to incorporate that as well, but it is certainly not required.

Should I speak with my physician before starting?
Yes, your health is, and will always be our first priority. Speaking to your physician and obtaining approval to begin an exercise program ensures your safety and well being.
What if I have never exercised before?
That's ok! We work will all levels of exercisers, and are happy to provide with you a patient teaching environment where you learn the foundations of all the proper movements to ensure you get the most out of your program!
How long does each session last?
Depending on your specific needs and experience, typical sessions will last between 50-60 minutes. Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, core work, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise.
